Understand your entry requirements

You must meet minimum academic and English language requirements to be eligible to study with us.

Check if you meet the academic criteria in the ‘Entry requirements’ section of your course.

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Bachelor of Applied Business

You must meet the English Language Proficiency (ELP) requirements for entry to undergraduate courses as listed below:

• Academic IELTS: obtained within the last 2 years with:
  • a minimum overall score of 6.0
  • no individual score below 5.5
• Sri Lankan GCE Advanced Level General English with C Pass or better
• Sri Lankan GCE Ordinary Level English with C Pass or better
• Or completed English language proficiency at the minimum specified in the Charles Sturt International admissions entry requirements.

Pathways

Applicants who do not meet the minimum entry requirements for Charles Sturt University Colombo courses may be eligible for a Pathway Program. These programs are designed to help you build the necessary foundation to transition into your chosen degree.

Prepare supporting documentation

You will need to include official documentation with your application. They may need verification as a true and accurate copy.
